FORT WORTH -- As much as TCU loves the underdog role, the chances to really claim it haven't come around often lately.
The Horned Frogs have been too consistent and too good of a road team to face long odds. For a change, Saturday's game at Boone Pickens Stadium offers TCU a chance to talk about chips on the shoulder and respect and everything else that goes with legitimate underdog status.
Despite a 3-0 start and a No. 16 national ranking, TCU will is a 12-point underdog against the sixth-ranked Cowboys (3-0).
"For me, personally, my whole life, I've been an underdog, so it's nothing new," said TCU senior cornerback Ranthony Texada, "and that's what TCU thrives off of, is being the underdog.
