TCU and Fort Worth have been selected as hosts for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament in 2022, per a release from TCU Tuesday afternoon.
Additionally, Fort Worth will be the host city for four years, beginning in 2019, for the NCAA Women’s Gymnastic Championships.
It’s a cool honor, as TCU will likely be a practice facility for the teams that are assigned to this section of the bracket. Hopefully, TCU will be one of those teams, although the selection committee doesn’t like putting schools in their hometowns.
