After an extended waiting period full of anticipation, TCU football's new uniforms have finally been revealed.
A video, narrated by TCU football alum and Cleveland Browns safety Derrick Kindred, was posted to social media Wednesday morning, releasing the uniforms for all to see.
The new set of threads -- officially branded the Nike Football Vapor Untouchable Uniforms -- aren't without a story, particularly paying tribute to the uniforms the Horned Frogs sported when Gary Patterson was in his first years on TCU football staff as a defensive coordinator in the late 1990s.
Per a release from TCU football, further highlighting the detail that was put into the new uniforms, the design "gives a nod to the first uniforms of the Patterson era that [running back] LaDainian Tomlinson helped make iconic, with the geometric shapes around the collar.
