TCU football announced two major updates in its non-conference schedule on Thursday. The announcements features Big Ten members Ohio State and Purdue.
TCU will no longer participate in a home-and-home series with Ohio State in 2018 and 2019. Rather, the Frogs and the Buckeyes will play Sept. 15, 2018 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. This will be TCU's fourth time playing in AT&T Stadium since the facility opened in 2009.
The second update is TCU will meet Purdue in a home-and-home series in the 2019 and 2029 seasons. This is the first time the Frogs meet the Boilermakers since 1970 and just the third time overall.
