It appears that the NCAA Tournament just wasn’t in the cards for the Horned Frogs this season. After falling by 1 at home against #10 West Virginia on Saturday, TCU’s chances were pretty much on life support. Tonight, they once again fell by 1 at home, losing to Kansas State 75-74.
TCU trailed the entire 2nd half but did manage to make it competitive considering they were down 40-29 at halftime. However, whenever the Frogs managed to get within 1, they couldn’t seem to find a basket to take the lead. The Wildcats then put the game away by knocking down all of their free throws down the stretch.
