It was another big weekend on the recruiting trail for TCU.
This time around, the Horned Frogs reeled in a verbal commitment from Plainview (Okla.) wide receiver Blake Nowell.
He announced his decision via Twitter.
A three-star prospect, Nowell picked TCU over offers from Iowa State, Kansas State, Minnesota, Navy, Tulsa and others.
At 6-foot-4, 185 pounds, Nowell is ranked as the No. 8 overall prospect in the state of Oklahoma, per Rivals.com.
TCU now has seven verbal commits in its 2020 recruiting class, which is ranked second in the Big 12.
