TCU is getting some immediate help on offense.
The Horned Frogs notched a verbal commitment from three-star Palomar College wide receiver Mikel Barkley on Tuesday.
He announced his decision via Twitter.
Barkley picked TCU over offers from Arkansas State, New Mexico State, South Alabama and Utah.
A JUCO product, Barkley will enroll in January and have two years of eligibility remaining.
At 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, Barkley is ranked as the No. 10 junior college wide receiver in the country, per 247Sports.
TCU now has 20 commits in its 2019 recruiting class, which is ranked third in the Big 12.
