TCU 45, Baylor 22: Quick Thoughts

TCU struggled early on with a costly penalty on the kickoff return and subsequently gave up a sack in the end zone for a safety, then gave up a touchdown on the ensuing Baylor drive on a simple crossing route to make it a 9-0 game in favor of Baylor. TCU answered and took the lead several drives later, and the defense ultimately clamped down in the second half after giving up a few long plays and wheel route touchdowns. The Bears broke TCU’s streak of seven games allowing zero points in the second half, but only managed a field goal meaning the zero touchdown streak has now reached eight straight.
