There are always flips on signing day, and after seeing two commits wind up other places earlier in the day the Horned Frogs now see a flip go their way. 4-star safety and Virginia commit Bud Clark has switched his pledge to TCU and signed with the Frogs.
Clark hails from Alexandria, Louisiana, and has been committed to Virginia since April. TCU never let up on him. A tall, rangy, athletic safety, Clark will be a phenomenal asset in TCU’s secondary.
Rated as the No. 31 safety for the class of 2020, according to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Clark held 15 offers including TCU, Virginia, LSU, Ole Miss, Colorado, and Arizona State.
