TCU will not get a chance to return to a fifth consecutive College World Series in 2018.
The NCAA tournament bracket was released Monday morning and the Horned Frogs, who finished sixth in the Big 12 during the regular season and then lost the Big 12 tournament championship in 11 innings to Baylor on Sunday, did not earn an at-large berth for just the second time in coach Jim Schlossnagle's 15 seasons at the school. The Frogs also missed out in 2012, when they went 29-28 in their first season in the Big 12.
