Rockwall shortstop Beau Wimpee, Southlake Carroll pitcher Cutter Sippel commit to baseball national power TCU

Rockwall shortstop Beau Wimpee announced on Twitter on Thursday that he has orally committed to play baseball for TCU. Wimpee was a second-team all-district selection as a sophomore this season, helping Rockwall reach the Class 6A Region II semifinals.

Wimpee's commitment came one day after Southlake Carroll left-handed pitcher Cutter Sippel announced on Twitter that he had committed to TCU.
