A critical piece of TCU's defensive line may not see the field in 2018.
Sophomore defensive tackle Ross Blacklock will be out for the season with an undisclosed injury, according to a report from HornedFrogBlitz.com's Jeremy Clark.
Clark reports that Blacklock suffered the injury during a non-contact drill at practice on Tuesday.
The 6-4, 330 pound lineman was named Big 12 Co-Defensive Freshman last season. He was a big anchor up front for the best rush defense in the conference. He started all 14 games as a true-freshman.
