Kansas State football has reportedly entered a "slow down" mode on whether or not to release quarterback Alex Delton for a transfer to Big 12 foe TCU, according CBS Sports' Dennis Dodd.

Delton tweeted Tuesday night that he was headed to play for the Horned Frogs as a graduate transfer this fall -- a situation that would give him immediate eligibility.
