'Nothing can prepare you for games in this league': From fast-break points to a 'fearless' freshman, here's where TCU stands as Oklahoma looms

FORT WORTH -- Three days removed from a heartbreaking 82-77 overtime loss to No. 14 Kansas, the routine remains the same for Jamie Dixon and TCU basketball -- move on, hit the practice court and prepare for the next opponent in the gauntlet that is the Big 12.

The Horned Frogs -- after a four day break -- return to action Saturday against Oklahoma, who has lost five straight and seven of their last nine games ever since squeezing past TCU in Norman, Okla. back on Jan. 12. And so much as changed for both squads in the month since that 76-74 defeat that Dixon isn't putting much stock in the lessons learned from round one between the Horned Frogs and Sooners -- then a top-25 matchup.
