Entering Saturday, TCU football -- despite some close calls along the way -- had never lost to Kansas as a member of the Big 12 Conference.
That all changed in a heartbeat, as the Jayhawks prevailed in a back-and-forth affair against the Horned Frogs for their first victory in Big 12 play since the team's memorable overtime upset of Texas in November 2016. And as fans stormed the field -- celebrating what was just Kansas' second Big 12 victory under head coach David Beaty -- TCU players and coaches walked off the field enduring the same humiliation the Longhorns endured 23 months ago.
