TCU football is back in the win column after edging out Kansas State in a low-scoring 14-13 victory Saturday at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth.
The Horned Frogs had endured a three-game losing streak -- the team's longest since 2013-- before three forced turnovers and some fortuitous breaks propelled them past Bill Snyder and the Wildcats on Saturday. A missed Kansas State extra point in the fourth quarter was what ultimately made the difference in the contest.
Nonetheless, a win was a win for TCU, and the Horned Frogs are now on a victorious note as they head to Morgantown, W.
