Does Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy have TCU coach Gary Patterson’s number? The Frogs on Saturday lost by 20-plus points for only the 10th time in Patterson’s 200-game tenure. Three of the losses have come against Gundy and OSU since TCU joined the Big 12 in 2012.
--In TCU’s previous game, running back Kyle Hicks ran for 192 yards on 26 carries in a win against Baylor. He began play averaging 65 yards per carry. OSU halted the success, holding Hicks to 47 yards on 25 tries.
“They swarmed to the ball and made great tackles,’” Hicks said.
