MMQB: Texas Toast, Turpin Time, New Records, and Wildcat Woes

The Frogs did something they hadn't done in a long time, Saturday. They beat Texas for the second consecutive season for the first time since 1958-59. That's a really cool thing to witness, but something else we witnessed was the official power shift in Texas collegiate football. TCU and Baylor combined to beat Texas and Texas Tech 113-42. In the last two seasons, TCU and Baylor have combined to beat Texas and Texas Tech 374-184. That's an average score of about 53-26. Just some numbers to consider. (If any Aggies find their way to this post, finish better than third in the SEC West before you come toot your horn).
