One of four four star prospects committed in the class of 2020, Jenkins, a massive defensive tackle out of John Ehret High School in Louisiana, is exactly the kind of player Zarnell Fitch and Gary Patterson have made a priority for their defensive front.
Standing 6’2” and checking in at 282 pounds, Jenkins was pursued by nearly 30 schools as a top-flight recruit before settling on the Horned Frogs. Jenkins was committed to LSU from June to September, before backing off his commitment and joining the Frogs.
