Jamie Dixon is expected to meet with the TCU basketball team at 2:15 p.m. today for an “end of year” meeting.
The No. 1 topic on everyone’s mind is whether Dixon will bolt his alma mater for UCLA. Dixon has yet to address the subject with his team since emerging as a leading candidate for the job earlier this week.
Reports have stated representatives for Dixon and UCLA were engaged in contract negotiations on Wednesday, but a potential marriage has been delayed over concerns of Dixon’s reported $8 million buyout.
