The 2022-23 NBA season is well underway and former TCU standout Desmond Bane is off to a scorching start for the Memphis Grizzlies. Entering his third NBA season, Bane has been a go-to scorer on the hardwood, averaging 22.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.6 assists while shooting 46.8 percent from 3-point range and 43.2 percent from the field. The former first-rounder is a huge reason the Grizzlies are off to a 4-1 start and lead the Southwest Division.
