The uniforms were fresh, but that is hardly the story here in Fort Worth. TCU, for almost the entirety of the game, held the lead and at no point looked as though they were going to relinquish it. The Frogs were in control. It’s as simple as that.
With the win, TCU has swept Texas for the first time in several decades, improving their record to 16-7 for the season and .500 in conference play.
The Frogs were led by the outsise-in combo of Alex Robinson and Vladimir Brodziansky, who combined for 35 points. Star freshman forward Jarett Allen had 22 points for the Longhorns, leading all scorers for the afternoon.
