That was Bram Kohlhausen's take on Listenbee's personal injury lawsuit against TCU, Gary Patterson, former athletic director Chris Del Conte, former offensive coordinator Doug Meacham and others, in which the former wide receiver claims he was "continuously pressured, humiliated and harassed" into playing while injured during the 2015 season.
Listenbee says the mismanagement of his injury cost him more than $1 million in an NFL career that fizzled due to injuries when he was cut by the Buffalo Bills in June 2.
