Joseph Noteboom

Projection: Rounds 3-4
Likely TCU's first player off the board, Noteboom has impressed many draft analysts and projects to be top 10 at the position. He's the Frogs' best chance of having a player taken on the draft's second day. If that doesn't happen, don't expect to see him drop lower than Round 4.
