Former TCU wide receiver Kolby Listenbee and the university have reached a settlement over lawsuits from 2018 that stem from Listenbee's allegations of mistreatment during his time on the TCU football team.
"Texas Christian University is pleased the matter has been resolved, and both parties have agreed to dismiss their respective lawsuits," TCU said in a statement to The News Wednesday.
According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the two parties settled out of court on April 22 in Tarrant County, though details of the settlement were not available.
