Dallas Baptist Patriots homer five times to stay alive in Fort Worth Regional

First baseman Austin Listi hit two of Dallas Baptist’s five home runs in a 6-5 victory against Central Connecticut State on Sunday that kept the Patriots alive in the Fort Worth Regional at Lupton Stadium.

Listi, a senior from Huffman, extended his school career record with his 50th and 51st home runs. They were his 21st and 22nd of the season.

The Patriots also got home runs from left fielder Devlin Granberg, designated hitter Matt Duce and shortstop Camden Duzenack — who saved a run with a stop behind second base in the sixth inning in a 5-4 game — putting them at 92 for the season.
