Here is a look at where each team ranked in the conference, according to 247Sports Composite, which averages rankings for all major recruiting networks.
1. Texas (3 nationally) — After a subpar transition class, Tom Herman helped Texas once again become the dominant recruiting force in-state as the Longhorns reeled in a pair of five-star prospects in safeties BJ Foster and Caden Sterns and a number four-star recruits.
2. Oklahoma (9 nationally) — Oklahoma had five fewer commits than Texas, so the Sooners could have easily been higher in the Top 10 nationally.
