TCU forward Vladimir Brodziansky has been named a candidate for the Senior CLASS Award, with the winner to be announced during the NCAA Final Four this spring.
Brodziansky, who holds a 3.46 GPA as he pursues a psychology degree (he’s on track to graduate this May), is one of 30 candidates from across men’s college basketball, and is one of two representatives from the Big 12 - the other being WVU’s Jevon Carter. To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be seniors with achievements in four areas: community, classroom, character, and competition. From the Senior Class Award website:
An acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School ®, the Senior CLASS Award focuses on the total student-athlete and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities.
