Jalen Hurts' ceiling? Given what Baker Mayfield and then Kyler Murray accomplished under Lincoln Riley, it's pretty darn high. Hurts is a talented, experienced quarterback and he's a much improved passer from when he started at Alabama. Plus, he doesn't lack confidence, even with the change of schools and offensive systems.
