Each year, the Texas football bible releases a preseason “Best in Texas Team” - a group that often finishes as strong as it starts.
This year, led by wide receiver Jalen Reagor, the Frogs placed nine players on the squad, including two voted the best at their positions.
Reagor was, unsurprisingly, voted as the best wide receiver in the state. He is joined by Ross Blacklock - who was given best defensive lineman honors. Senior tackle Lucas Niang made the first team offense along with Reagor, while cornerback Jeff Gladney made the first team defense alongside Blacklock.
