Baylor has won at least a share of the Big 12 for two seasons in a row. In 2013, the Bears won the conference outright, going 8-1. Last season, they were co-champions with TCU, though they won the head-to-head matchup against the Horned Frogs.
The media expects something different to happen this season. TCU was picked to win the conference.
Baylor coach Art Briles took a joking shot at the media today, saying that apparently you have to win the conference three years in a row to get picked first.
