TCU is preparing to receive letters of intent from the majority of its commitment list beginning Wednesday, the start of a three-day signing period that could lead the Horned Frogs to their highest-ranked signing class ever.
The 19-player group, highlighted by four-star quarterback Justin Rogers of Louisiana, rates 19th best in the country, according to 247Sports.com.
