In a close game, we knew the Cyclones' ability to avoid shooting themselves in the foot might be a factor.
The question was, how would TCU fare in that department?
Turns out, not great.
The Frogs' 104 penalty yards on 11 calls exceeded their previous season high set against SMU in Week 3 -- 11 penalties for 94 yards.
