World Series: David Price pitches Red Sox to series-clinching 5-1 win over Dodgers

LOS ANGELES — Despite all the good David Price had done in his stellar career that started with the Rays, the rap was that he couldn't win the big one.

Sunday, he won the biggest game of all.

Price pitched seven-plus sterling innings to lead the Red Sox to the World Series championship with a 5-1 Game 5 win that eliminated the Dodgers.

"It's very special. To see all these grown men over there acting like little kids, that's what it's all about," Price said in an on-field interview. "This feeling kind of feels the same as 2008 (with the Rays).
