In 1988, Alex Colome is born, he'll turn 27 years old today. Signed by the Rays at the age of 19 in 2008, Colome spent 2010 to 2015 as one of the team's top ten prospects.He got his first taste of the majors in 2013, and was finally able to stick for the full season in 2015 thanks to the enslaught of injuries. Colome served as a starter until early July when he was moved to the bullpen and became one of the team's best options for the rest of the year.
