Tampa Bay Rays News and Links: THE FUTURE IS NOW

Last night, the Tampa Bay Rays pulled off a come from behind victory against the Baltimore Orioles. Alex Cobb held the Rays offense to just one run over his seven innings of work, but the Baltimore bullpen failed tremendously as a wild pitch with the bases loaded made it a one run game. Carlos Gomez would ground into a double play, but fortunately with no one out, to tie the game at three.

Willy Adames would absolutely crush a pitch 434 feet down the left field line in the bottom of the ninth to give the Rays another walk-off victory.
