Spring Training is no longer shiny and new. In fact, it is dull, and boring, as we wait for the long-anticipated regular season to get underway. One hopefully that will end with the Tampa Bay Rays in the postseason.
As the Rays finish out their stay in Port Charlotte ahead of Opening Day (March 28th) they made their first step towards cutting the roster down to 25 guys.
The most notable name, though none of these demotions are surprising, is Christian Arroyo. Though most had already resided to the fact that he would not make the big league club out of camp, he was the only player on this list that had a chance.
