A few weeks and a number of cuts into Rays camp at Port Charlotte, a number of players have stood out…for better or worse.
While the Tampa Bay Rays’ unsightly record of 7-11 thus far this spring indicates a team performing below expectations, this spring has been host to a number of wonderful surprises.
