ST. PETERSBURG -- Quite the night Wednesday at Tropicana Field for the Rays.
Drew Smyly finished the season with another strong performance for his fifth straight victory.
Kevin Kiermaier made another highlight-reel catch in center field that included a leap and a crash into the wall.
The Rays did continued their grand slam drought but did receive a bases-clearing, three run double by Grady Sizemore in the fifth inning that broke the game open.
It all added up to a 6-4 victory against the Marlins in front of 9,431.
It was the Rays 77th win of the season, matching their total from 2014.
