Not since Game 5 of the 2010 ALDS have the Rays seen 40,000+ in attendance at the Trop (Thanks Adam Sanford). It's unfortunate that it took a tragedy, but the crowd should be electric.
Tonight the Rays kick off a three game series against the San Francisco Giants in front of one of the biggest regular season crowds in team history. The Tampa Bay area and the Rays will be showing their support for the victims of the Pulse shooting in Orlando the team's annual "Pride Night."
It promises to be both an emotional and an exhilarating night.
