The Tampa Bay Rays just cannot figure out how to win at George Steinbrenner Field.
After taking two of three from the Yankees in New York over the weekend, the Rays came home and were promptly swept in three games by the Philadelphia Phillies. The three consecutive losses have put the Rays five games under .500 with a 16-21 record and are now five games back of the New York Yankees for the division lead.
The Rays will now welcome the Milwaukee Brewers into town for three games; the time these two teams met up, it resulted in Jose Siri skirmishing with the Brewers bullpen.
