On this week’s Rays Your Voice, I am joined by Bri Gonzalez from Rays the Roof, and Darby Robinson. We discuss the two Rays All-Stars, Mike Zunino and Joey Wendle, and what’s made their seasons so special thus far. We also rattle off some predictions for tonight’s Home Run Derby.
In the second half of the show, we give out some midseason awards, including our most surprising and most disappointing players of the first half. To be fair to Bri, the player she selected for most disappointing was already on a bit of a hot streak when we recorded and then went on to hit three more home runs this weekend after we recorded.
