Relax. Gold Glove-winning CF Kevin Kiermaier did report Sunday morning to minor league camp as did RHP Chris Archer and LHP Matt Moore, but that was only to talk to the minor-leaguers.
Manager Kevin Cash was impressed with Kiermaier’s message.
“(It was) a great message,” Cash said. “The whole time he just exudes the confidence of belonging and this is how I got here. His drive, obviously, he wants to be the best. He wants to be talked about as one of the best players in the game.”
