When word came out about what I believe to be obscene amounts of money handed out to the likes of Zack Greinke and David Price, I Tweeted the following:
#Dbacks and #RedSox each spend over $200,000,000 on 1 SP, yet #Rays expect to spend $18,716,667 on 5 and have a better rotation. Love it!

It made the point that the Rays are an entirely different operation than most MLB teams.
