"I haven't heard anything," Odorizzi said. "I would imagine it's going to be a late process of hearing just because the schedule is kind of a day-to-day thing."
Odorizzi is a contingent player for rounds two and three, but only if the game he would pitch in coincides with one of his days to pitch. He is scheduled to pitch Tuesday against the Yankees in Port Charlotte -- so that possibility is off the table. After that, he will pitch again on March 20.
"If they don't play on my day [I'm not going to pitch]," Odorizzi said.
