Shane McClanahan isn’t the only Rays prospect being added to Montgomery’s roster. Emilio Bonifacio was activated from the injured list by Durham, and Lucius Fox is back with the Biscuits.

Montgomery’s rally came up short in a 7-6 loss to Chattanooga. Through 6 1⁄2 innings, the Biscuits trailed by seven. Jim Haley hit an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh, and they then scored five in the ninth. Haley hit a sacrifice fly, and Carl Chester, David Rodriguez, and Brett Sullivan had RBI hits.
