Kevin Padlo (Durham) continues his strong season with two hits including a two-run double. David Rodriguez (Montgomery) provided all their offense with a two-run homer. Chris Betts (Bowling Green) picked up three hits including his 17th homer of the year in the blowout victory.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (62-46)
The Durham Bulls defeated the Gwinnett Stripers 6-1. The Stripers were the first on the scoreboard scoring on a wild pitch in the third inning. Nathan Lukes put the Bulls on the board with a bases loaded triple that scored three runs to take a 3-1 lead in the seventh.
