Since returning from the injured list, Tobias Myers has been pretty good for Charlotte. The strikeout rate still isn’t great, but in 17 innings, he’s allowed just one earned run on 14 hits and four walks with 11 strikeouts. He’s one of five pitchers 20 years or younger in the Florida State League with 50-plus innings this season.

Anthony Banda and four other Bulls pitched Durham to a 4-0 win over Indianapolis. After Arturo Reyes opened with two innings, Banda threw his second straight four-scoreless-inning appearance, and his five strikeouts were a season high.
