Chase Whitley threw three hitless innings for Montgomery in his third rehab appearance since Tommy John surgery.
Triple-A Durham Bulls (50-58)
After eleven innings, Durham broke a tie to take home a 6-5 walk-off win over the Louisville Bats. Eddie Gamboa allowed three early runs to the Bats before the Bulls bounced back with a three-run third. J.P. Arencibia hit a RBI double and Taylor Motter scored on a wild pitch to put the Bulls up by two in the fifth. Gamboa gave up another run in the seventh and Dana Eveland allowed one more in the eighth for the Bats to tie the game.
