Rays Offseason Plan: 3 moves they need to make

Over the past few seasons, the Tampa Bay Rays have compiled a young roster filled with talent and have supplemented it with veterans like Charlie Morton and Mike Zunino. The formula paid off last season when they won 96 games and made it within a game of an ALCS matchup with the New York Yankees. Now, with their eyes on October in 2020 despite the departures of Tommy Pham and Travis d’Arnaud among others, the Rays have some moves to make if they want to raise a World Series banner.

If possible, they would like to bolster their depth and talent behind the plate, add another right handed bat with pop, and bolster an already strong bullpen.
